We value your trust and are committed to providing clear, transparent policies regarding our services, scheduling, payments, cancellations, and the protection of your personal information. By using our website and booking services, you agree to the policies outlined below.

We strive to describe our detailing services as accurately as possible. Actual results may vary based on the condition, age, or prior treatment of the vehicle.

To perform mobile detailing (if applicable), we may require:

• Access to your vehicle
   
• Sufficient space for our equipment
   
• Permission to work on the premises (if not owned by you)
   

If any required conditions are not met, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service.

Prices listed are based on standard conditions. Extra charges may apply for:

• Excessive pet hair
   
• Heavy staining
   
• Mold or biohazard removal
   
• Severe oxidation or paint defects
   

Any additional fees will be discussed with you before work begins.

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or through email. Confirmation is required before the appointment is considered final.

Some services may require a deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits are applied to the final bill at the time of service.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards
   
• Cash
   
• Mobile payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Cash App, etc.)
   

Full payment is due at the time of service.

We understand that schedules can change. To keep operations running smoothly, our policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: No penalty
   
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: May be subject to a cancellation fee
   
• No-shows may forfeit deposits (if paid)
   

You may reschedule at no cost if notified 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute rescheduling may be treated the same as a cancellation.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
We cannot guarantee correction for issues reported beyond this timeframe due to environmental factors or vehicle use.

Please remove valuables before your appointment. TRF Auto-Detailing is not responsible for lost or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.

We perform a walk-around inspection prior to beginning work. TRF Auto-Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, including:

• Scratches
   
• Paint chips
   
• Interior wear and tear
   
• Electrical or mechanical failures unrelated to detailing
   

Certain services may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new date.

We may collect the following information when you use our website or book services:

• Vehicle information
   
• Service preferences
   
• Payment details (processed securely)
   

Your information is used for:

• Booking and confirming appointments
